• Calculates an automation exposure score based on your input
• Provides estimates and predictions based on current AI capabilities and industry trends
• Offers optional paid content (Survival Report) with detailed insights and recommendations
• Allows sharing of results via unique, shareable URLs

Important: The Service provides estimates and illustrative information only. Results are not financial, legal, or career advice. You should conduct your own research and consult with appropriate professionals before making career or financial decisions.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on the Service are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

If you choose to purchase the Survival Report:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All sales are final - no refunds are provided unless required by law
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• Access to the Survival Report is granted immediately upon successful payment

8. User Content and Data

By using the Service, you understand and agree that:

• Your assessment results are stored and accessible via unique URLs
• Results are publicly accessible to anyone with the URL - do not share your URL if you wish to keep results private
• We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that violates these terms
• You retain ownership of your data but grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the Service

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful
• To engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages
